Q. How long has Dant been around?
A. Dant is Australian Made and Owned started in 1981 as an accounting firm and software
development business. In 1998 we started to focus on the fashion industry with the
suggestion and input from clients.
Q. How do we change from our current system to Dant Software?
A. The process of implementing a new software package can be a daunting experience.
Dant assists clients by first extracting the relevant data from their current system
if possible, then importing it into Dant. The client with support training will then
continue to enter data into the system.
Once the client and Dant are happy with the results, we perform a live update on
the new Dant Ledger and then Go Live.
Every step is all done with support, training and guidance of our staff.
Q. What Hardware will be compatible with Dant?
A. The following hardware is required to run Dant Software.
- An Intel Pentium processor or equivalent, 400 MHz or faster
- Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Vista or Windows .NET Server 2003
- At least 64 MB of available random-access memory (RAM) (256 MB recommended)
- All Microsoft Barcode Scanners
- All Microsoft Printers
