The retail package fully integrates with the Fashion Software, providing a seamless solution requiring no double handling. Dant has been specifically designed to allow users to create styles by colours and size. This allows users to enter and maintain stock items quickly and accurately. The system can be setup as a single retail business or as a business containing multiple shops.
Single Retail Business
The system can be used to provide all accounting requirements necessary to run a business. These include Customers, Suppliers, General Ledger, Cashbook, Ordering, Stock Control and Point of Sale.
Multiple Shop Retail Business .
The system can be used to provide all accounting requirements necessary to run a business. These include Customers,Suppliers, General Ledger, Cashbook, Ordering, Stock Control and Point of Sales. When setting up multiple stores, Headoffice can be setup with different cost centres per shop. Headoffice is a central location where stock items are created and maintained. Headoffice transfers the relevant stock files to each shop. The shop conducts its daily retail sales, which are transferred back to Headoffice and processed automatically, The newly updated stock details can then be transferred back to each shop for the next days trading. The transferred files can also contain the stock levels for other stores.
