Dant allows for a Bill of Materials (BOM) to be produced for each style with colours and sizes for companies within the Apparel and Footwear industries.
The Bill of Materials allows for the creation and storing of all information required in the development process. This includes costing, measurement and production specifications, sketches and photos, colour-ways, sampling and tasks.
This is fully integrated with the inventory and accounts too automate creation of production orders using sales.
The bill of materials can be used for manufacturing, assembly, or picking stock to a defined specification. Dant's BOM can include items you make, assemble or buy in, including raw materials, finished components, and labour any of these can have their own BOM.
The BOM will manage the process and update stock figures based on components used and finished goods delivered.
The Bill of Materials allows for accurate material processing based on cutting orders.
It can be used to maintain stock levels or simply to provide material requirements for upcoming seasons.
